Meet Grayson
Built by someone who knows operations.
I've dedicated my career to helping people learn, grow and succeed at work. My experience developing training programs for multi-location restaurant organizations, including First Watch, Ford's Garage, Sally's Apizza and Ruby Tuesday, has shaped a practical approach to learning: make it clear, make it relevant and make it work on the job.
My background is rooted in restaurant operations, where training has to hold up during a busy shift. The same principles apply across industries: managers need tools they can coach from, trainers need a consistent way to teach, and employees need to understand both what to do and why it matters. I bring that practical mindset to your field, working with your subject-matter experts to turn complex information into clear steps, useful resources and opportunities to practice.
My work spans onboarding, menu and product knowledge, standard operating procedures, job aids, trainer guides, skills validation and knowledge checks. Whether I'm organizing existing materials or shaping a broader training system, I focus on giving teams a clear path from knowing something to doing it confidently and consistently.
Training doesn't have to suck. That's the belief behind Instructionalist Learning: training can be clear, engaging and useful, even when the work is complex or the shift is busy.
I founded Instructionalist Learning to bring that experience to growing teams that need professional training support. I combine thoughtful learning design with efficient AI-assisted workflows, while personally reviewing and refining every deliverable. My goal is simple: practical learning that supports your team, your managers and the way your business actually runs.
